Privacy notice

Broadland Leads, a UK business, is the data controller for information you send through this website. This notice follows the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you use the audit form: your name, business name, town, email address, Google Maps link (if given) and your message. If you email us, we get your email address and what you write. This site uses no tracking cookies or analytics.

Why

Only to reply to you, prepare your free audit and, if you choose, provide our service. Our lawful basis is your request (steps before entering a contract) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by our website host, Netlify, and email by Google (Google Workspace). If you pay us, payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card or bank details; we never see your full card details. These providers may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a customer, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax requirements (usually 6 years for accounting records).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@broadlandleads.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
